Four remarkable voices combine to create Virtuoso.

The vocal ensemble Virtuoso, founded during the Miss Saigon musical at the Helsinki City Theater, was invited to the record company EMI in the summer of 2005. Four singers, unknown to the general public, gathered together with producer Risto Asikainen for a studio recording in the summer. It was time to produce a record with a new kind of band: a quartet with classical sounds interpreting romantic entertainment music in Finnish. The album was launched in November 2005 and Virtuoso sold about 28,000 copies in less than a month.

The next album, Great Sea Salt, was released in October 2006 and the boys had already gotten a taste of touring, performing with well-known orchestras such as Pori Sinfonietta.

For Christmas 2007, Yö Enkelten – the most beautiful Christmas songs was released, which was performed on tour in Finland.
